Two Oakland men walking around Union Square, both dressed in suits and ties, said they were hoping that crowds would begin looting stores in San Francisco, so they could help “get free stuff.”
“We’re just trying to discreetly fly under the radar,” said Kaz Babber, 32, explaining his suit and tie.
